Dear Sirs,

 

I need to update my HP ipaq as Document ID  c01774712 says, because I have a problem with the WiFi connection. My PDA are working in a restaurant and we have a large room and PDA lost the WiFi connection.

We followed the steps descripted in the https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c01774712, but when we tried to execute the sp39620.exe file, the PDA displays an error message

 

Error installing HP iPAQ 200

improvement.cab

 

and then we only can make click in OK button.

 

We tried to install from a Windows 8.1 pro. In the computer screen (win 8.1) appear to install ok, but IMG_20170607_000522.jpgthe PDA shows an error.

 

How can I fix this errors???
