Product: Example: Pavilion 9480M
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop can't open or power on, once i plug the AC with batteries there are not blinking appears. I also tried to plug without batteries and appears power and caps lock was blink once. Yet still no happen when i i try to power on.

Ialready try to hard reset  but still the same. Please help me with this. Thank you.
