Hi all,

I had errors in eventlog  : 350 times per hour.

event  ID 5      CaslSmBios

2020/08/08 14:50. 299|00000910|Error |[CaslWmi]A::A{bool(object,hpCasl.CaslEventArgs&)}|Error e_INVALID_XML converting PMC bytes to XML.


and the 1002 Event :

An error occurred while using HP CASL. Please restart HP Power Assistant application. Additional details may be available in the Details section. DETAILS CASL Error! Event PMC.Data didn't return XmlDocument; returnedSystem.Byte[]
 
I uninstalled  HP power assistant from 2013, and HP software framework from 2013, and errors disappeared.

If you already have updated  HP support solutions framework and HP support assistant , you don't have to reinstall  anything.
