Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am a repair tech and have encountered an issue with losing the touch screen functionality after replacing the motherboard in the x360 G3 laptops.

Before replacing the motherboard their touch screen's were functional. However, after replacement they no longer function or even are recognized in the bios component test or inside of Windows 10.

I have tried Windows Updates, Hp Support assistant updates and troubleshooter, troubleshooting inside device manager, uninstalling and reinstalling different drivers.

I have updated the Bios to the latest version.

I have tried a completely separate display and connection cable.

I have re imaged the laptop.

I have tried nearly everything I can think of and everything I have came across in online forums.

Any guidance or help with this issue is greatly appreciated!
