Product: HP zBook 17 G4

Hello,

 

When booting this zbook 17 G4 it stucks on the message "Protected by HP Sure Start" and tooks long time to enter Bios.

 

Upgraded bios to ver 01.03: same problem; downgraded Bios to 01.01 and 01.00: same issue

 

Tried to boot from a Win10 DVD: it starts booting but too slow and did not load the setup GUI (no error message)

 

Since I am troubleshooting the issue for my customer, I have unplugged the disk but eventhough: same problem and canoot boot from external Win10 DVD. Editing system bios, trying multiple configs in Sure Start settings: no change.

 

Any help please? Thanks in advance.

 

Opened a case with HP support but til now: no solution; just downgrade bios, edit bios, try this try that but no progress....!
