Product: Elitebook 8570w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 8570w got a strange problem like this :

 

After few hours using. After few hours using from start, its twofinger scroll abilily will be terminated, i can only use left/right/middle mouse and single finger function and sometime the mosepad hang for few seconds.  If i restart my computer, everything will be okey for few hours, then it happen again.

 I tried to reinstall driver, Os but it now work.

Does anyone meet this problem before ?

 

Update : i just mention that when it lost two fingers ability, the Icon of Synaptic at the rignt conner disaapear too, and i'm not able to open the synaptics setting software so i think the pad is not regcoegnized after few using hours
