Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

I have installed WJA on a server windows 2012 R2 and i can't start the service. I have this related error

HPWJA Service: NOT RUNNING (Automatic) Delayed Start

HPWAProAdapter: Running

SQL Server (HPWJA): Running

SQL Server Agent (HPWJA): Disabled
