Product: HP Laptop 14-dk0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello , I have my hp laptop 14 which has 4 gb ram . I’d like to upgrade to 8 gb or 16 but I don’t know which type of ram to pick . I bought 8 gb ram on Amazon and my pc started running more slowly than before. On my ram stick I see ( 4GB 1Rx 16 pc4-2666v-SCO-11) Made in China M471A5244CBO-CTD. Would you help me pick a compatible ram please? Thank you
