Product: H P Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So basically i connected my mouse into my laptop, then it says driver error. so i decided to reinstall the driver. But, i cant find the driver. i google it, but it says(on the hp results) no results found and i cant change my os on the website for some reason.(tried with 3 browsers). i needit fixed fast
