Hi

My device is  HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn0xxx

i think I have a battery issue, not charging can not hold a charge

 

I want to find  a way to work without a battery, though I can sustain power as long as the power is plugged in 

the issue even with the power is plugged in, laptop shut down suddenly, and this issue is repeated many times
