Pavilion X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion X360 that is a few years old and just started showing horizontal lines on the webcam, especially in low light.  I compared it to another HP laptop I have (Beats special edition, even older) which seems to get grainier in low light, but no lines.  It almost seems like the Pavilion is trying to keep as sharp of an image as possible, and accepting the lines to do so, while the Beats is content to just be somewhat grainy.  Both computers show HP Truevision HD as the webcam, and both are running the same drivers.

My kids use these laptops for remote learning so I wouldn't be surprised if one of them changed a setting, but for the life of me I can't figure out what it might be.  The only programs we use that can adjust webcam settings are the native Microsoft Camera app and Zoom, and I've been through both with no success.  I also tried downloading YouCam to access more settings, both computers had the same settings, but still getting grain on one and lines on the other.  I tried changing exposure and removing low light compensation but the lines just won't go away.

So, I'm open to any advice that anyone might have.  I know very little about video settings so this might be something easy I'm just missing.  I have attached a couple of photos (purposely taken in low light to accentuate the issue) in case that helps.  Thanks in advance!
