HP Touchsmart 520-1151d
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an old (2012) hp all in one pc  (touchsmart 520-1151d) and yesterday i update the bios to v8.17 rev A

and since then everytime power on my pc, its on at split seconds and then off , then turned on again, off then turned on again and sucessfuly booted up to windows. it is kinda annoying and time wasting (and im afraid that'll gona broke my hdd) .

My question is how to downgrade bios to previous version (sorry my bad, i dont remember my previuos bios version which i didnt have problem to) but atleast i can downgrade to v7.09 rev a (which im pretty sure didnt have these problems)

hp driver website is provide v8.17 and v7.09 .i tried to flash v7.09 but seems the bios wont flash it because its older version  . and as far is a remember 8.17 has a note : ** After this BIOS update has been installed, previous BIOS versions cannot be reinstalled. is there any way to force downgrade the bios?

ive tried the windows +B keys thing , and nothing showed up

tried the pressing f2 button too and no bios restore option (only diagnostic)

and there is no system update bios utility available for this product.

please help me. thanks
