HP Recommended
Product: HP Care Pack
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new Spectre with an hp care pack using my school email to get the education discount. When I opened up the laptop for the first time, I registered it with my personal account. It says there is no care pack and only the factory warranty is listed. I can only assume the care pack is associated with my school email. How would I go about changing that to my personal account? Thank you, in advance!
