Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

My system details are as follows:-

Product name:- HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC

Product number:- LN388PA#ACJ

Window 7 64-bit Ultimate

I recently bought an earphone(Boult Curve Wireless Neckband earphones) from flipkart in India. The bluetooth version of that earphones is 4.2 and that company claims to support all the windows 7 laptops. I was successful in adding that earphone as a device in Bluetooth. When i double click on that device, it shows me list of services that it support, then when i choose one of the service "Listen to Music", there was no response no matter how many times i click that link. Also, that device is not being shown in the list of playback devices in Sound settings. In the list of playback devices, two options are shown "Bluetooth Headset" and "Bluetooth Headphones", i tried enabling both of them, but there was no response from that as well.

Please help me on how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
