Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi
I've recently bought a nobrand USB Hub with an HDMI port and connected it to my HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook's USB-C port. I connected AOC Q2577PWQ monitor through the USB hub.
The problem is looks like AC charging and USB-C PD doesn't coexist well. Sometimes as I can judge the laptop is being charged through the USB and the power is not enough, so the battery gets discharged.
I don't see any option on the USB hub or the monitor to turn off power delivery so only the video signal is send over USB.
Is there any way to turn it off in the laptop - BIOS or OS setting?
Thank you
