Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Not long after I purchased this laptop, the keyboard acted erratically, which a few keys like the "L" or "P" stopped working. At this point, the whole right side of the keyboad is dead. I am trying to identify the model or part number for this keyboard/docking base only so I can find one on the internet and purchase it. The screen/monitor/upper half works fine. I do searches on the model number (HP 13-G210DX 2x") or the product number (E8C36UA#ABA) of the laptop but can not find a docking base replacement with those two numbers. Any help is appreciated.
