Product: hp pavillion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have just upgraded my RAM as i was told that it would support and extra 16gb RAM, and now it is sitting at 24gb. Since the upgrade it is very slow and i am now confused because it should be faster than before, but instead it has become slow.
