Product: Hp Chromebook 11-v031nr
Operating System: Chrome OS
My hp Chromebook’a touch pad isn't working. I was using it earlier this morning and the mouse disappeared and the touchpad wasn't responding to any taps I used. I powered off multiple times, and cleaned the touchpad, did the drumroll on it, signed out, and nothing worked. I tried to powerwash but considering the power wash needs you to click to confirm to go to the next steps, I can't do that. What do you recommend I
do? The product number is 4YN77UA
