Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have been searching for a way to get Stereo Mix on my Sound Control Panel Recording selection. It does not appear, and I also have Show disabled and disconnected devices checked. I believe this HP Laptop simply does not come with that option. My sound is RealTek and the only option I get is Microphone  or Headset Microphone as options. Everything I have seen on the internet is dated back to 2016, which is old information. Even the realtek website is changed and doesn't provide the download option the same way I've seen in yourtube posts. Can someone please help?

Also note that my windows is Windows 10 Home (if that makes a difference).
