Hi,

Can someone please explain the meaning of different values and categories given in the advanced settings of HP Battery check?

What is status? What does status value of 'CO' and '80' mean?

What's the difference in design capacity and full charge capacity?

Please explain.

I'm facing some issues with my new laptop's battery and need to know what these values mean.

My laptop's battery takes almost half an hour or more, to reach 100% from 99%.

Below are the screenshots I took after battery calibration was complete and my laptop was unplugged till it discharged to 92%. At 92% I plugged in the AC charger and took these screenshots at 99%.

Screenshot I took when battery was charging at 99%, current was above 200mA a few seconds before I this screenshot:

When I refreshed the status, the values changed to these:

At 100%, I got this stats:

How can full charge capacity keep changing after refreshing the stats?

Should I visit the service center?

I've already updated the drivers and windows, and have also done manual calibration twice. Nothing seems to work

This is my first laptop which I purchased just 10 days ago, so I'm a bit worried.

Please, please help!!

Thanks for your time
