Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Elitebook 2570p and dock for it A9B77AA

I would like to use with it two HDDs that I have (2,5" and 3,5"). I've bought eSATAp cable (esata on one end, regular SATA+power on other). Looks like this: I've tried to connect both 2,5" and 3,5" disks via that cable on docks esata port - it doesn't work

I've tried to connect both 2,5" and 3,5" disks via that cable on laptops esata port - 2,5" does show signs of power but the laptop doesn't respond on it at all. 3,5" doesn't give any signs of working

I've noticed that there's Powered USB 2.0 port on side of dock and it has a hole by that port. I remember seeing way back a special usb cable with metal power pin at it's side that was used for connecting external DVD drive, and this USB port with hole looks exactly fit for that kind of cable, but I can't find that cable anywhere to buy. The port (and the hole to the right) are seen on the picture:

The cable with the pin (middle cable that "Y" branches into mini USB and power pin):

So my question is: how to use esata port on dock, which cable do I need, does it's power has to do with this Power USB port?

Also is it possible to use both dock's esata and laptops esata in the same time and how to do it?
