Product: Hp 350 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP computer I am working on.  Its seemingly DOA.  No signs of life with or without battery or adapter.  If there's no battery the adapter light is white, with battery in the adapter light is orange.  No flashing or beeps detected.  Ive tried unplugging everything and pressing the power button but it stays silent.  Any help would be appreciated.
