Product: HP elitebook 8760w

HP 8760w all of sudden crashing and reboot each time, and it do it again after windows logo or when we enter password. 

Wouldn't let me enter into the windows.

This is happening with charger plug in with and without battery.

But it is working fine with battery only. To restart the battery I have to shut down laptop n then charge the battery.

 

Note working with battery only
