Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, i have a hp advanced docking station 2012(230W) and the USB ports dont seem to be working. When i plug a mouse or keyboard in, the lights on those devices come on for a split second then go off. They never work after that. I even tried a legacy port with an older keyboard and its the same problem with it. Is there any way to fix this?
