HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy 15t-as100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Envy 15t-as100 laptop will not power on.

AC power connected and shows a solid amber light.

When I press the power button it has a slow whit light blink on the power button only. No other lights.

The fan & hard drive do not make a sound.

i have attempted the hard reset instructions (disconnect the ac power. Hold down the power button for 15 seconds then reconnect the ac power and press the power button. I still get the same result.

Any help would be appreciated.
