Product: HP Portable SSD P500

I just bought the hp Portable SSD P500, which is external SSD. It is written in the Quick Start Guide that max transfer rate is 380MB/s for read and 200MB/s for write. However, when I tried transferring my files from Local Disk C to SSD, the transfer rate was only around 100KB/s and maximum is 1.8MB/s which is totally different from the advertised transfer rate. It took 2 hours to transfer 1 GB file, which is super slow. My laptop is HP ProBook 430 G6.
