Product: Hp Probook 470 g4

hello i have a problem with a hp probook 470 g4. After replacing the battery, the loudspeakers no longer work when I play a video. The volume control has no effect on the volume of the noise when there is noise, but the sound from the video. The sounds on the boat work. I have already installed the driver from 2019 but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. I also started Linux and the problem also exists here. Do any of you still have an idea?
