Beats Edition p390nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp Beats Edition p390nr model,  My laptop turns on goes through the hp start up but then it stops while trying to log in to Windows.  The screen is gray/black with only the cursor showing and moving.  Unable to shut off unless I hard shut off holding power button down for @ 5 seconds. I have tried hard start, I tried windows button / B button hold then press power for a second the computer goes through Bios setup but eventually ends with same gray/black screen.  I have removed the memory module and reset it, none of these help.  When problem first started I saw an error message , I believe it said some about stacked files or infected.

I once got a bit by the bios and went to a screen that gave me 2 options. I clicked an option and it went to the gray/black screen again.

please help, ready to toss it out but can’t afford a new one.
