Product: Hp probook 6560b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp told to check my inbox for the smc.bin file but anytime i check my inbox, it says 

Unmonitored email.  Please contact hp through different contact options

 

what is the meaning of this please?
