Product: Hp folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have hp folio 9470m. When i plug the charger it shows the plugged option on battery for 1 sec and then removed, it happens 2 or 3 times and after that, the plugged option is not showing on battery and laptop is not charging. I thought their is some problem in charger, so i bought a brand new folio charger for 5 mins it charged the battery from 10% to 15% and after 5 mins of charging the plugged option from battery removed again, when i replug the charger again the same case it shows 2 or 3 times and now the brand new charger is also not working. Please help. I will answer any question regarding this problem.
