Product: HP Notebook - 15-ac015tu
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
Hi there,
Can I please have advice on what to do. I have a HP notebook which has been working well until today. Tonight, it suddenly switched off and lost power. I plugged it into a socket, and no power light came on at all. I then tried a different socket, no difference. I've also tried whether it would charge with the battery taken out, but no difference. Power cable is intact, and never has caused me trouble.
What should I do? Is this fixable? And if not, how can I best get my data off my laptop? I am based in South Wales. Thank you for any advice.
