Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1059nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have been using the same administrator password for close to a year until today that I tried to install new windows. It kept asking me so I decided to turn it off, upon typing in my password to off it , after receiving a notification that it has been off I restarted the laptop to be shocked asking for a password again. Unfortunately the same password I use doesn’t get me through. 
Pls is there away to bypass this ? I

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs nor any other safety measures.

 

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
