HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavillion X2 10-k010nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I accidentally trying to reset my hp Pavillion x2 10-k010nr

installed a VLSC copy of windows 10 32-bit

and removed the HP certified windows 8.1 with the recovery partition

and now the touch screen feature of the PC is not working

 

so is there anyway i could get the touch feature working or the official OS back from HP

or I have to go to a hp service center

 

 

 

P.S. This an older variant of this model
