Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. 

 

My hp spectre laptop will not stay a sleep or shut down. Whenever I turn of the computer or close the lid the laptop will automatically turn back on. 

 

Things I have tried:

 

Reinstall windows from scrach.

Update bios.

Advanced power options - Networking connectivity in Standby set to disable.

Advanced power options - Allow eake timers to disable.

 

Is there anything more I should try?
