Hp Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp envyx360 hinge was broken so I got it repaired after the repair I was unable to use m webcam.

When I open the camera or any app just a blank screen is appearing. So, I tried

1) checking the webcam kill switch it's turned off.

2) And I ran a hardware diagnostic test it detects the webcam and it shows It passed the test with a pass id

Also then when I open my camera it stills shows a black screen

3) I tried resetting the C drive to its original state but in the same situation.

So, should I need to reopen my display and clean and insert the webcam cable, or is it a software issue.

And the issue started only after the repair. My laptop detects the webcam whenever I open meet or skype showing hp wide vision camera found but a blank screen.  And I reset only the C drive.

Help me, guys.
