Hello, I'm having trouble with my hp zbook 15 for quite a while, it crashes sometimes, and I decided to solve the problem, I set the minidump and read it, it showed ntoskrnl.exe as a problem for SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, so I ran verifier for ntoskrnl.exe and it showed that the source is hpqkbfiltr.sys, so I renamed the extension as suggested in many forums and after the restart, my built-in keyboard and touchpad didn't work anymore, but backlight turned on when I pressed, so the problem was probably in the disabled driver. When I renamed it back to .sys and restarted the computer, everything seemed to be fine, but after a couple of weeks BSOD showed up again, CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, and later KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR with ntkrnlmp.exe. Do you have any suggestions for me, or is reinstalling Windows my only option.
Thanks for your future ideas.
Regards
