Product: Hp pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having battery issues in my hp pavilion regarding which i have contacted hp support. They are saying that i have to replace the battery but i will be charged for that. I am having an extended warranty which states that my battery is still under warranty so why are they charging me for the battery replace. If battery is not covered in extended warranty then they should clearly mention such things while we are purchasing it. Kindly help me resolve this problem.
