Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using HP ProBook 440 G4 Notebook PC and I have windows 10 enterprise 64Bit installed on my machine. Bit locker is enabled with TPM configured. It asks for a bitlocker Password as soon I boot my system. My PC has a 500GB HDD.
I am planning to swap the current HDD with a higher capacity (1 TB) to setup some virtual machines. I want to understand is it possible if i can just SWAP the current HDD with a 1 TB HDD and installed windows 10 on it without making changes to bitlocker on existing 500GB HDD? If yes, can I use the existing HDD later on the same Laptop ?

Also when i logged into Bios under TPM embedded security I see TPM state and clear TPM is disabled. How can I disable the TPM ?

Please guide me.
