Hi everybody,

I did some adjustments, turned on "Power On Authentication"  from HP Client Security in windows and rebooted my laptop. Since that time, I am facing with the issue of cannot login when power on because the laptop always shows a new username and requires me to login with this user's password (the system automatically created this username and password). There is no option for me to choose my existing users.

I posted my problem case to HP support center. A few days later, an official from HP local service contacted me, my laptop was checked and they asked me to replace the motherboard because they could not solve my problem.

Please help me to solve this issue, thanks a lot!

Note: before this issue happened, I was able to use my existing username and administrator to do BIOS setting and login to windows.
