Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I decided to install Windows 7 on my laptop via usb I used Rufus to make it a bootable usb and no matter what setting I enable in the bios or even if I update the bios when the splash screen "starting Windows" happens it freezes then goes to this blue screen error message :

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen. restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps :

The bios in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. Please contact your system vendor for an updated BIOS.

I only get this message after I have enabled legacy support. When I disable legacy and boot with UEFI mode which is with secure boot disabled and when it goes into "starting Windows" it just freezes without any blue screen. I don't know what to do I made it bootable with UEFI and BIOS but both don't work. I would appreciate if someone can help me on this issue because I really want windows 7 on my laptop.
