Product: Pavilion x360

I'm on blackboard collaborate and can't hear anything. All of my volumes are on 100%, I given blackboard access to my microphone, and YouTube, as well as, other apps audio works perfectly. My teacher and classmates are able to hear me, but I can not hear them. Only on BB collaborate. #HELP
