Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to disable UEFI on my HP notebook that came preloaded with Windows 10, so I can deploy our custom Windows 7 image.

In the BIOS, I go to Advanced > Secure Boot Configuration and select "Legacy Boot Enable and Secure Boot Disable". Reboot, and I'm presented with a 4 digit code to enter. I enter the code exactly as displayed and press enter.

After that, my change is ignored and reset back to UEFI boot.

I've also attempted disabling fast boot, System Management Command, and TPM. None of that helped to disable UEFI.

I need the exact steps necessary to disable UEFI. I do not need a phone number for HP Support (they don't know what UEFI is, let alone help me), and I do not need a link to this page, which refers to the old BIOS, which I do not have.
