HP Recommended
Product: HP 360 CONVERTIBLE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touchpad frequently doesnt work.  I have taken it to get fixed where I  bought it but they thought they uodated the driver.  I still have the issue.  What is wrong that the touchpad stops working and how can I fix this?
