Product: Pavilion DV7 4285 dx entertainment notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have been told by Cyberlink and corel that they cannot assist me until my drivers are updated.  Seriously?  My preinstalled programs?  Well they crash like a drunk on the freeway and I am fed up. My IDT audio drivers are dated back to 2010 my original purchase date?  Can anyone direct me to where I can get some help my software programs are useless at this point.  I even got suckered into upgrading to the next version with both cyberlink and corel but same old issues.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
