Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, so for a long time, Windows Hello can not find my IR Camera. I've just waited it out by thinking it was due to an update, but it still does not work.

- I've checked device manager, and it is there.

- I've reinstalled it several times.

- The service "Windows Biometric Service" is not on my list.

- "gpdedit.msc" can not be started through windows + r (not found).

I am on Windows 10 (64-bit)

What should I do, any help please?

/Justin
