HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Notebook - 13-d053sa (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought Lenovo ThinkVision T24v PC Monitor. The monitor have integrated camera and microphone, however, it does not seem to work with my HP ENVY Notebook. I am connecting the monitor to the laptop using HDMI cable.

 

I have contacted Lenovo and they have advised me to check with HP, hence, I thought of asking here.
