Product: Hp Laptop: Intel Core i5 10th Generation
I’m basically having issues with my laptop turning on/holding a charge. At first I thought my charger port was messed up; but I’ve been told but several computer repair people that it’s an issue with my motherboard. When I plug my charger in, the charger port light does blink white; but won’t gain enough power to turn on. I was told to try to send the laptop to HP; but my warranty is expired and I haven’t been able to reach anybody within the company. There has to be some way to send my laptop off for repair some way. Any help would be great.
