Hi

Hopefully someone will be able to help me.

 

HP Support Assistant has informed me that there is an update available for Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver.  I have tried to download and install it twice and each time it informs me that the installation has failed but it doesn't tell me why it failed or how to successfully install it.

 

Any suggestions please?
