Product: HP USB-C Universal Dock
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
To avoid plugging-in the power adapter every time I arrive in the office, I bought the 4.5mm adapter (HSA-B006) to charge my laptop (Zenbook 15 G4) that doesn't support power pass through on USB-C connectors.
The laptop is constantly switching between "plugged in" and "on battery" mode. I am running the latest dock driver and updated the firmware on the adapter. Before updating the firmware, there was no charging at all.
Is there any way to solve this issue or should I just send back the adapter and resume using the power adapter that goes with the laptop?
