Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using HP 14-dq1033cl & Windows 10 pro OS.

When I connect cisco anyconnect, it gets connected but after a couple of minutes the wifi connection drops in turn disconnecting the VPN.

I've tried multiple things, than I found cisco anyconnect & hp laptops don't go hand in hand.

I found this solution for other HP notebook LAN/WAN issue when Connecting to CISCO Anyconnect ... - … (hp.com).

 

I would request the community to help me find a permanent solution for the issue.

 

HP model : 14-dq1033cl

OS: Windows 10 pro

Cisco anyconnect version:  4.8.02045
